Our vegetables are taken care of from the start.
We sell a variety of veggies and fruits they include but are not limited from tomatoes to zucchini, fresh strawberries to watermelons.
Our season runs as follows:
Expect to see asparagus, lettuce, spinach, peas, shell peas, carrots, and onions during mid to late May and early June. More onions, cucumbers, zucchini and peppers starting to peek out near the end of July as well as tomatoes.
Then come watermelons, melons, and lastly the squashes and pumpkins. Of course this is what is to be expected but with the weather, you never know.
How do we have things so early? well we plant early!! we plant the seeds and keep them in a special incubating house. Afterwards, as soon as the baby plants are big enough to be out in the open and the earth is warm enough to receive them, they go into the ground. Then it’s just a matter to take care of them day and night.
